📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering and directing incoming calls, emails, and visitors,Greeting and assisting guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner,Maintaining and updating the reception area, including handling mail and packages,Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments,Providing information about the company and its services,Assisting with administrative tasks as needed,Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized at all times,Assisting with the organization and distribution of company materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Friendly and professional demeanor,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Ability to work well in a team environment,Strong organizational and multitasking skills,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must
