📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and conduct initial interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
