📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage and train restaurant staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
