NOVA Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Tax Consultant to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Conduct research and analysis of tax-related issues to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.,Maintain and update tax-related documentation and records.,Provide support in the coordination of tax audits and tax disputes.,Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.,Collaborate with the tax consulting team to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with tax software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
