📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Leverage tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems for data management and reporting.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in logistics management or international trade is a plus.
