📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and maintain mechanical systems and equipment for the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment.,Collaborate with other departments to improve the efficiency of the restaurant.,Implement new technologies and innovations to improve the restaurant's operations.,Provide technical support and training to the restaurant staff.,Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for mechanical design and analysis.,Passionate about innovation and improvement in the food service industry.
