📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure that the outlet is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
