📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food and service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Control inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and report sales performance to support decision-making.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
