📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems,Understanding of sales and marketing strategies,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes
