📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of all engineering systems, facilities, and infrastructure across our premium resorts.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of our resort's systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with architectural and interior design elements.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, standards, and best practices in engineering and facility management.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage advanced engineering tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360, to streamline design, documentation, and project management processes.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in engineering and facility management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in engineering and facility management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects in luxury hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Certifications in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or other relevant sustainability certifications.
• Proficiency in advanced engineering tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
