Hokian Intan Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Deputy Cashier Staff to join our team in Bantul. As a Deputy Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in handling customer transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations during peak hours. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in processing customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, including restocking supplies and wiping down surfaces.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.,Ensure the cash register and payment systems are functioning properly and report any issues to the manager.,Support the cashier in managing cash and change, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of the shift.,Assist in preparing and serving drinks and food to customers in a timely manner.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience and a smooth flow of operations.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
