As a Deputy HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing various HR activities and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.,Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.,Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Support the HR Manager in conducting HR audits and providing recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the management of HR information systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and databases is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
