Bit Port Corporindo is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Manage fuel consumption and cost-efficient vehicle usage.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian road regulations and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
