📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consolidate financial statements for the group companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data to regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably in a multinational or group environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in financial reporting or a related field is a plus.
