📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Provide training and support to other employees on IT-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT project management and development.,Basic understanding of programming languages is a plus.
