In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all event details are accurately communicated and executed.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in good condition for the next event.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest lists, and other relevant information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and other relevant documentation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in a banquet or catering environment).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
