📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with software developers to ensure technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Conduct technical writing training and mentoring for junior technical writers.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather information and ensure documentation meets business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong knowledge of software development concepts and processes.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
