📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.,Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of our students.,Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other members of the academic team to ensure the smooth operation of the school.,Attend and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.,Ensure the safety and well-being of students, both in and out of the classroom.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification and professional teaching license.
