We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Finance Admin to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. You will work closely with our finance team and other departments to support our overall financial goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all financial records and transactions,Prepare and process monthly financial reports,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Process and record all payroll transactions,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies,Provide financial support to other departments as needed,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Fluent in English and Indonesian
