PT IBMC Business Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in developing luxury villas in Bali. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify potential cost overruns, and ensure quality control.,Prepare and submit progress reports, cost reports, and other relevant documentation to stakeholders.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cost reporting.,Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction practices, materials, and costing methods.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards, including SNI (Indonesian National Standard).
