📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process on assigned sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Manage a team of site workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project management team.,Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor costs.,Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction machinery.,Proven track record of successful project completions.
