📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee crewing operations, including crew scheduling and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-departure briefings and ensure all crew members are well-prepared for their duties.
• Maintain and update crew records, including certifications and training.
• Monitor crew performance and provide feedback and support as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew, including health and safety training.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance crewing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crewing operations or a related field.
• Certifications such as STCW Basic Safety Training (BST), Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF), or other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with crew management software such as CrewControl or similar.
• Familiarity with maritime safety management systems and procedures.
