• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the problem and gather and clean data.
• Select appropriate algorithms and tune hyperparameters to optimize model performance.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure they continue to meet business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI, and apply this knowledge to improve existing models and develop new solutions.
• Document and communicate the results of machine learning projects to stakeholders.
• Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
