As a Fish Feed Sales Representative at Central Proteina Prima, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will conduct market research, analyze sales data, and develop effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the aquaculture and animal feed industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aquaculture and animal feed industry.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to clients regarding product specifications, usage, and benefits.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aquaculture or animal feed industry.
• Strong understanding of the aquaculture and animal feed industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
