📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Organize and participate in HR-related events and activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.
• Contribute to the creation of HR reports and analyses.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bahasa Indonesia skills are a plus.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the HR field.
