🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on product analytics.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data professionals.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools and software, including Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
