📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement resilience programs to enhance community preparedness and recovery from natural disasters.
• Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify key vulnerabilities and opportunities.
• Develop and manage action plans, budgets, and timelines for resilience projects.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data analytics tools like ArcGIS and Tableau.
• Collaborate with local governments, NGOs, and international partners to ensure program alignment and sustainability.
• Provide technical assistance and training to community members and local organizations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including those from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB).
• Represent the organization at national and international conferences and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Disaster Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster risk reduction, resilience building, or community development programs.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful resilience programs.
• Strong knowledge of disaster risk assessment, vulnerability analysis, and capacity building.
• Proficiency in using GIS and data analytics tools like ArcGIS, Tableau, and QGIS.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
