📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic partnership strategies to drive business growth and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through market research and stakeholder engagement.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities into overall business operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in partnership management, applying insights to enhance strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, supply chain, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the retail and distribution sector, with knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using partnership management software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
