📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Ensure timely and accurate billings for client projects
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings
• Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods
• Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a billing or financial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
