As a Cost Estimator & Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates for our projects, negotiating with suppliers, and managing the procurement process. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and suppliers to ensure that we source the best materials at the best prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate cost estimates for projects using tools like Microsoft Excel and specialized cost estimation software.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices on materials and services.
• Manage the procurement process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring that materials are received on time and within budget.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
• Analyze cost data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and cost estimation.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of procurement and cost estimation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation and procurement, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and specialized cost estimation software.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Knowledge of procurement and cost estimation best practices and industry standards.
