• Lead the development and execution of AI projects, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives and deliver tangible value to our users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our platform, enhancing the creator experience.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of AI initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into our AI strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive project success.
• Represent CapCut at industry events and conferences, showcasing our AI capabilities and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI or related technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering AI projects, from ideation to execution.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in video editing and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
