📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to stock transfers and share certificate management
- Ensuring compliance with Indonesian corporate law and regulatory requirements
- Managing the entire process of stock transfers and share certificate issuance
- Assisting in the preparation of corporate governance materials and reports
- Providing legal support to the corporate legal team on high-profile projects
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all legal transactions
- Participating in legal research and staying abreast of developments in corporate law
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably in corporate law or transactional practice
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with legal research and drafting
- Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
