📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology medications according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in their condition.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments in the electronic health record.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing or related field.
- Certification in oncology nursing (e.g., Certified Oncology Nurse, CON) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cancer treatment protocols and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
